About us
A fully qualified engineer who takes pride in the work
I began my gas engineering apprenticeship in 2019 and became a fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineer in October 2021. Since qualifying, I have kept investing in further training so I can offer a wider range of services and make sure every job meets the latest safety standards.
I take pride in high-quality workmanship, clear communication and honest advice. I know how much you rely on your heating and hot water, so I focus on doing the job properly the first time, with as little disruption to your home as possible.
Whether it is a repair, a routine service or a full heating system installation, you will be dealing with the same engineer from the first phone call to the final invoice.

Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. I am Gas Safe registered and have been a fully qualified gas engineer since October 2021. I am also OFTEC registered for oil-fired heating, and qualified to work on LPG systems. I am happy to show my registration card on any visit — you should always ask to see it before letting anyone work on your gas appliances.
Which areas do you cover?
I am based in Westbury and cover Wiltshire and North East Somerset, including Trowbridge, Frome, Warminster, Melksham, Bradford-on-Avon and Bath. If you are just outside these areas, please still get in touch and I will let you know if I can help.
How do I get a price for the work?
Get in touch and I will arrange a visit to look at what you need. You will get a clear written price before any work starts, so you know exactly where you stand, and there are no hidden extras added afterwards.
How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. An annual service keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, helps it last longer, and is usually required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid. It is also the best way to catch small faults before they turn into expensive breakdowns in the middle of winter.
Do you install unvented hot water cylinders?
Yes. I hold the required qualification for unvented hot water cylinders and can install, service and repair them. Unvented cylinders must legally be worked on by someone holding this qualification.
Can you work on oil and LPG systems as well as mains gas?
Yes. I am qualified across all three: natural gas, LPG and oil. That covers boilers, gas fires, cookers, hobs, gas meters and gas pipework, so you do not need to find a separate engineer for different fuel types.
My heating has stopped working — how quickly can you come out?
Call me on 07472 422871 and I will do my best to get to you as quickly as possible, usually the same or next working day. If you can smell gas, do not call from inside the property — leave the building, open windows if it is safe to do so, and phone the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.
How do I pay, and do you take card?
Payment is due once the work is finished and you are happy with it. I accept bank transfer and card payments, and you will always receive an itemised invoice for your records.
